I am the co-owner of Live Hydration Spa Lenox and SouthPointe. I grew up in Nebraska. In addition to owning Live, I create business partnerships and help design perimeter secrutiy systems all around the country. I enjoy building cars (the faster, the better), weight lifting and working on projects. My family is my world – we enjoy travel, fishing, sports and anything outdoors. I am so grateful for this opportunity to serve our community.

I’m the CFO – Chief of Fun Officer. I love anything related to Marvel, especially Dr Strange and Spiderman. I enjoy Parkour, playing board games, and making flip books. We moved to an acreage last summer and I have fun playing with my goats, chickens and dogs.
I am a graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and have been in practice for 27 years. I’m a Nebraska native, and I operate my own functional/integrative medicine practice in Lincoln called Aceso Total Healthcare, which combines natural and traditional therapies such as acupuncture, hormone replacement therapy, massage therapy, yoga therapy, lifestyle coaching, and traditional healthcare services. I also own and teach at Aikido of Nebraska. My wife and I enjoy sailing together.
I received my Bachelor’s of Nursing at UNMC in 1994. The bulk of my career was spent in chemo/infusion nursing. I have been married for 29 years. Next to being a mom of 3 beautiful daughters, my favorite roll is being a GiGi to my grandchildren. I started working at Live in Sept 2021, which was a perfect career move following my breast cancer diagnosis in 2020. I’m so happy to be a part of such a great team. I truly enjoy helping people fuel their bodies on the cellular level and assisting them on their journey to better health
I have been a middle school teacher in Lincoln for 15 years. I got my teaching degree from UNL and master’s degree from Wesleyan. Now I am enjoying some more time at home with my husband Joel and our two boys (ages 4 and 7)! I love reading, shopping, activities with my boys and getting away to the lake in the summer. I enjoy the positive environment at LIVE, helping people and the opportunity to put my organizational skills to use!
I have been a nurse for over 15 years serving in geriatrics, Hospice, rehab, psych and for the last two years, in functional medicine. I have been married for 20 years and have 3 teenage sons. I have many creative hobbies, I love being outdoors, and I am passionate about learning and studying these amazing bodies of ours. I’m excited about IV neutraceuticals and am blessed to be here at Live
